Salary & benefits were comparable to industry norm. Projects were always interesting. Skills and knowledge were always being updated because new projects always required learning new things. | At the time the CEO was a too vocally harsh on many of the design team employees and quick to place blame when deadlines were going to be missed or things did not meet his personal expectations.
