Can't wait to leave!!!!!!!!!!! I dread turning on the work phone. Its all about consents not helping these clients/members. If a client is homeless he/she is not thinking about a doctor appointment. Manager don't care all she cares about is making herself look good to the COO.

Avoid this company if you want job security as they lose contracts constantly. Integra management lies constantly.

Work from home. The mission is amazing, but the company lacks the follow through and leadership skills to continue the mission. I forecast the company going bankrupt within 2 years or less or bought out.
|
Corporate management lies constantly. Raises and bonuses are promised but not delivered. They treat the CC who actually do the work like crap and make the managers work 7 days a week with no help. They blame any past employee for any problems even if they worked and gave their heart into it with no negativity while employed but slander your name when you leave. HR is suppose to be there for employees but instead they judge you and offer no solutions. Biggest problem is they lie in every area a job can.

Some Growth But Little Thanks For Your Work

I was at this company for four years.
-usually hired local management within the company but no room to grow after one promotion.
-flexibility of hours
-can work from home at times
-independent work structure
|
-The whole company is running due to the quality and quantity of the fieldwork community coordinators do yet they get paid the LEAST and get minimum thanks for their work.
-Work is contract based. Contracts can end at anytime--job security is low
-People often kept and promoted were not persons of color
-No tuition assistance
-Fieldwork: work outside in rain or snow or hail
-Assistant Managers and Managers work over 60 hour weeks--little appreciation by upper management
-Never invited to central office
-CEO made comments that community coordinators are easily replaceable and low cost though CCs were the ones doing the actual work
-upper management builds animosity between employees
Clients
-Get cursed and verbally abused by clients
-Must work in dangerous environments: drugs, guns, violence
Benefits & Others
-poor healthcare options--very expensive, high deductibles, large co-pays, even more expensive for families. Could not afford to regularly get medical care despite the work we did in the company was to help others with their healthcare. How ironic.
-In four years, I saw one bonus despite being promised more. The bonus was almost nonexistent as it did not even reflect the rising cost of living and healthcare prices went up the following year.

Give verbal appreciation.
Give substantial appreciation in forms of bonuses and awards.
Hire people of color in management.
Pay more to those that your company depends on: to the CCs
Respect your local management--signed up for 40 hr weeks to work 60 hrs and no additional thanks, money, etc
Take teams to central office
Stop holding holiday luncheons at Dave n Busters. We are 30+ year old adults--not children and preteens.
Hold interstate team meetings and annual games.
Boost morale.
Fire those who spit on managers or coworkers.
Fire those who have been caught not working--stealing from the company. Not doing so lowers morale and will to work honestly for the rest of the team.
Starting pay should be 45k in NY--people should not have to be on state assistance while working.
Get better healthcare options for your company.

The organization has a great mission and cares about the populations they provide services to. I have nothing but good things to say about the organization and the staff. Senior management is mission driven, professional, and empathetic to the needs of the staff. I presented with work and life experience but was able to learn new skills while working for the organization.
