I've worked a lot of companies and i can say,
- the best thing about integrant is that they give each project and team a high degree of independency to manage and measure it's work so won't face and management problem and you will completely focus on your work.
- another thing is that they car much about their individuals inside and outside the work environment.
- they aware that they have chosen the best engineers in the market so work on keeping them the best.
- and of course they are from the highest paying companies in the market "as i've seen so far".
- when it comes to senior engineers you can have some work life balance
- when it comes to junior engineers you'll have the opportunity to build a good experience from the best seniors in the market

- this is not a con but it is a good thing for whoever is going to read this, but you must
completely understand what it means to be and software engineer and the responsibility that it follows regardless of your level (starting from +3 to what ever you are).
- and for the job seekers, this is not a startup or small company so prepare yourself.
