Year after year, revenue growth has been outstanding.
Now all employees are eligible for bonuses.
Decent pay and benefits.
Lots of very smart, fun and kind people in individual contributor roles.

I had several different managers there and none were good at managing people. The last one was an abomination.

Well respected company that produces great quality products

Extreme top down management. Management doesn't consult folks on the ground and in the labs to find out what works and what doesn't. Too much emphasis on Salesforce..........so much so they could care less about the customer. Danaher puts unrealistic sales expectations on the sales teams every year.
