Seemed super promising went downhill fast
|
I thought this position would be great and have amazing long term potential but things have changed so many times and it’s become rather discouraging. Both upper and mid management is constantly leaving and staff doesn’t even stick around. Morale is super low and only the employees who don’t do their jobs seem willing to stay. Only one manager seems to care; the others just quit repeatedly and the sales manager is emotionally castrating to the point that she drives employees out faster than she brings new clients in.

Sadly, when COVID19 hit, and business slowed - they laid off the more experienced employees and kept the newest ones.
When other companies are helping laid off employees - this one ended benefits right away.

Great job, if you survive training program
|
This seems like a great place to work. If you can survive their training program. Once hired they start by teaching you to setup and use their product, ChiroTouch Dental Practice software. You do this by sitting at a desk alone, on the call center floor, and logging into thier online training program. They admit it's "brutally boring" and then claim the training program works. It might work for some people, but there a different learning styles and if you can't learn using their program they cut you loose. If you get distracted by conversations around you while are trying to focus on the lessons they cut you loose.
Another point, the time from interview to job offer & 1st day was short, which is nice, but I turned down interviews and withdrew from positions I'd interviewed for the same day as I interviewed here. .

It'a call center, typical exhortations to clear calls holding, poorly designed call center desk layout, dividers are low, rows close together, sound carries easily
