IRI is the worst company ever I have worked with. They don't provide meal/ accommodation, they don't give accommodation, they will force you to join in less salary, they expect you to join in 1 day with reliving letter. In covid time also they are not giving work from home option they will ask you to company onsite (if your covid + also). don't care about employees. Trainer in IRI think he has all the knowledge, he thinks he is the most knowledgeable person in the world. trainer and other employees will talk to you very disrespectfully, will insult you every time. Don't waste your time by joining IRI better be jobless. Less leaves, Less holidays, no proper management. Whenever you will ask for any benefits they will easily make you fool and deny for benefits.
