The routes weren't compromised and you could bank 750-1000 weekly. After change in management routes became compromised and weekly pay was cut in half for 75% of technicians. The people/Teams are great--Management could improve for sure and maybe take some ownership when things don't go according to plan instead of passing the buck to the already overworked employees. It can definitely be relaxed and like a "family". Sporadic out door activities and Cook-outs. People are comfortable enough to joke with each other and relax for random moments throughout the day. They lost their biggest clients due to poor treatment and fair pricing practices. The last time I checked, they were about to fold and close business... sad!
