Can't think of one. I have never been so disgusted by the negligence of a medical facility in my life. I put in my two weeks with this company because I felt they were being very remiss in the precautions they were taking amid the current Covid-19 pandemic. In my office and many surrounding offices, multiple patients and employees had tested positive and absolutely nothing was done, not even a day to close the infected office for a deep cleaning to ensure safety of patients and employees. Human Resources stated that according to CDC guidelines, as long as all patients and staff were masked during clinical interaction, nothing extra needed to be done, however this did not sit right with me. A week later, during what should have been my final week, I myself contracted Covid with incredibly minimal other possible modes of infection other than the clinic. I started exhibiting symptoms one morning after I had been into work the day before. Their careless response to this was to simply have the other employees I had unmasked contact with the day before tested, but still had them working and in direct contact with patients in the meantime before they received negative results. One employee I had contact with even traveled and worked in a different office before their results came back, possibly exposing a greater population of patients and staff. All this while, no patient was notified that they had been exposed and employees were strongly discouraged from letting patients who asked about sick employees know that they had contracted the virus. Recently, an employee who has been out sick with Covid has come back to work in the clinic without providing even one negative test result while the CDC states that two negative results are required for employees to return to work.
