I started in the billing department and advanced multiple times before deciding to go into Human Resources. There was an open position within the company and I had, coincidentally, just graduated with my bachelors in business and HR. I have been in the HR role for a year now and I could not be happier. Our culture here at Complete Care is not comparable to anywhere else. I have never worked anywhere where I have felt so appreciated and acknowledged. Hard work does not go unnoticed here! It is mandatory to go to meetings almost an hour away from your work location.
