Since covid and the merger, this place has been a dumpster fire internally. No one helps you, you’re constantly stressed, there is no more team work. I literally cry at my laptop because I’m overwhelmed and like most places management could care less. People are looking for new job left and right in our department. Dont even bother looking here. I don’t get paid enough for the pile of work they give you.

Stressful amount of work and high expectations. Most people are at capacity but squeezed for more productivity. The company can't keep up with hiring (due to growth, not turnover). At higher levels, executive team expects passion and loyalty to the company mission, though not incentivized. No profit sharing or anything like that. Private equity owned.
