The company is acquiring many companies in a short amount of time, which leads to a feeling of uncertainty and unorganization. The departments seem to work in a silo. I am experienced so I do not need a whole lot of hand-holding. But it is a tough environment for more junior resources as there is not a whole lot of support.

Toxic Environment With No Change in Sight

Management describes employees as "idiots" and constantly is looking for someone to fire when something goes wrong. There is no training nor any career advancement opportunities. Employee turnover is horrible.
Employees are threatened to fill out surveys so that the company can win fake awards about being a great place to work. If someone is foolish enough to take a job there, they leave within months after they see the truth.

Turnover from one year to another is approx 33% so, on one hand, great opportunities to get hired and do something interesting, but on the other hand, most folks don't stay too long.
They use a 3rd Party as employer so one isn't actually employed by IntegriChain making hiring and separation easy. They let people go regularly.
But the environment is fun and frenetic. Lots of awesomely smart people and nice employee perks like free food and outings. Management is upbeat even if overall growth seems to be tapering down a bit.
