I'm very happy working as a contract Social Worker with Integrity. The work is important, rewarding and a good pace. The company has been fine to work with this past year. I plan on continuing indefinitely. Highly recommend.

I have been working with ISS for over 5 years now. I can’t think of a better place to have ended up. The difference we can make by meeting people where they are is unbelievable and NECESSARY. The compassionate and caring demeanor of the director/champion of elder rights and care, Claudette Duff is unmatched. I feel incredibly lucky to be working with ISS and the knowledge and skills that I have picked up along the way are invaluable. Working with ISS has Awarded me so many opportunities for growth and made me a better social worker. It isn’t easy work but it is rewarding and meaningful work. The staff at ISS is wonderful, have a great bedside manner and run the office efficiently.

Invaluable services for most underserved population in NYC
|

I have been working as a licensed mental health professional in community services for over 15 years and I must say, how much difference there is by being able to walk into someone's home and provide services with a human touch, to a population often being perceived as dispensable, failed by all business-oriented clinics and state/city agencies. This is a tough job to do, I must say, not for everyone, but for those who walk the talk and follow the true mission of helping others.

Flex. hours, can chose your days and hours.
|
Terrible Pay: $30 per home visit for LMSWs $40 for LCSWs, horrible compensation for an educated professional. Travel time and writing notes, in the end you are lucky if you make ten dollars an hour.

Try showing some Integrity, have respect for your social workers providing services. Someone is making money in this company and it sure is not the contract social workers.
