Start sponsoring some skill enhancement for agents, team leaders and above for programs like Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, (Green Belt and Black Belt Certification), develop people inhouse rather than poaching top level executives.
Have contingency plans for Covid 19 situations where you can rotate people, put them on benches, reduced package offerings, increasing contractual hiring's, remove less performing top level executives that are drawing very high packages. Get salary reinsurance packages from top insurers and reinsurers to keep paying during these kind of times, be better prepared. Get a proper business acquisition team to get new BPO projects, regularly, rather than plagiarising projects of other companies as your own in client level trade fairs.
