They are the most poorly organized team I have ever devoted all my energy towards. Management in particular have no idea how to work with or train their employees. The head of operations has absolutely no grasp on the reality of the job for technicians; the managers and “specialist” wash their hands of all non-office work. On top of that... the facility isn’t even big enough for employees to have a seat at lunch! He is no longer there. New top management pays people well, paid themselves extremely well, company did not have as much growth as expected. Employees are highly educated young professionals. Enjoyable to work with. At my time everyone care about their jobs and taking responsibility for their tasks.
