Very Negative Experience Working There! Beware!

Orientation was very disjointed. Two people in my Orientation group had worked there previously and even they were confused!
Some of management are down right mean, belittling, & target certain employees. Every one of us had a day where we went home in tears. One manager has the reputation of trying to make you think you are going crazy! This was my experience. I couldn't believe it when my co-worker's validated my experience by telling me they had the same feelings working under that particular manager. She lied multiple times to me, she double talks, sends double messages, is condescending, and try's to keep you in a constant state of confusion. And she does a good job at it!

Listen to your employee's when they come to you to report concerns & problems. It takes a lot of courage for them to do this! To dismiss them & allow these few rotten apples in middle management to perpetuate this cycle of abuse is completely irresponsible.
The company made promise after promise to reimburse us for expenses we incurred to travel across the country for training, & never paid up!

Really nice office with big windows. Relaxed atmosphere. I met a lot of great people while working here and was given resources to complete projects.

There was little opportunity for advancement. I was Always asking for more work and trying to stay busy - but was still bored and unchallenged.

Spontaneous lay off of employees. When from 60 to 0 way too fast and without warning. They can't be entirely blamed for the outcome of the temporary employment, but as I will reiterate, they should not hesitate to give some sort of fair warning.
