It's a constant revolving door for upper management because the CEO is looking for "Yes" men. I'm surprised the CEO can walk through the front door with the size of his ego. I've seen a number of very talented individuals fired for speaking up about things they didn't agree with. CEO decides the terrible and unrealistic comp plans. This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for.

Avoid this company at all costs

Where to begin. This is one of the most poorly run organizations I have ever worked with. First, there is constant turnover in leadership. When they do bring in people, especially at the C-Suite Level, they are highly incompetent and only care about power. Their strategy often resembled a chicken with its head cut off and had absolutely no oversight. There were people that, at one point, were afraid to ask any questions about certain things. For example, some had begun to notice that, despite the boasting of sales and all of this success, the financials consistently reflected a LACK of corresponding revenue from all of these sales. In fact, the few that actually did bring this subject up were immediately walked out the door.
Next, the "HR Department". HR is nothing more than a fraternity trying to rehash the glory days that doesn't know what inappropriate behavior is. So stay away from and do not ever say anything you wish to stay confidential. The only certainty is honesty and integrity are not in is wheelhouse.
I could go on and on but I doubt there is enough space on Glassdoor. All in all, terrible company to work for or with. STAY AWAY

Since starting at IntelliCentrics, I have built upon my knowledge of development processes, product management and all things Agile. This has taken the form of on the job experience and external courses. The teams I have worked with are made up of passionate people, all wanting to do the best for our customers and for the business.
The product offerings relate to providing enhanced levels of risk management and safety within healthcare settings and beyond on a global platform, this makes the vision of the company and the journey they are on very compelling. I personally like to work for a business that has a worthwhile offering that makes a significant difference in an important way.
The UK office is now situated (virtually for the moment) in the centre of Manchester, this is a really great location with the business investing enormously in the office and the level of finish. From what I have seen the location is very spacious with a modern/chilled office feel, very much in line with the culture of the business.
The business challenges itself to find new innovative ways to solve long standing problems in the marketplace, a learn fast approach is welcomed and the business is always looking forward in how to best support its customers.
I am proud to say I work for a business that is willing to follow their vision and work hard to achieve it.

Management seem blissfully unaware of how unhappy their staff are
No clear direction for technologies; constant flip-flopping leave dev team lost and confused about what direction they're supposed to heading
Unable to retain staff (turnover around 50-60%) and struggling to attract new staff
Have let their contractor company (brought in due to the above issue with staff retention) dictate major decisions on system architecture, despite the contractor company having a proven track record of poor quality code and convoluted, messy architecture.
The tech debt is embarassing.
Demoted staff in a company-wide email, without even informing the staff beforehand.
