The training is a joke. They don't know how to run customer service or train. They assume they know what they are doing and in reality I don't know how they can be in business still. It's like high school all the way up to management. They pay you nothing but expect the world of you. The customer service is beon ridiculous I see why no one works there. I tried to help but instead, they just looked at me crazy. I have more knowledge and experience and could have helped but instead, they turn they're back on you. The churn and burn at this company is fast and furious due to the whims of megalomaniac CEO. He's only in it for himself. In my 2 years at the company, over 30 people resigned, quit or were outright fired.
