Early shift so calls were already waiting in the call queue after weekend. The department was retention / sales. Trying to save customers that did not believe in the weight loss product. A very casual dress code environment. No room for growth and advancement.

Well a typical; day at work consist of helping customers and understanding there needs and figuring out there issue, Management was awesome always greeted with a smile, Co-workers were awesome like family, the hardest part of the job was making sure I gave Great Customer Service on every call, the most enjoyable was knowing after every call I gave my best.

Great company to work for but they mistreat there customer
|
I would open the office at 6am and let in my coworker open the inbound and outbound call Queue. I would then make sure all my adminsitrative dutys were done. I learned how to multitask due to the fact that I had to manage over 20 people while I handled the bank disputes. I believe the hardest part of my job was trainning the new CSR's but it was also my favorite part. i enjoy meeting new people and help them it was hard because some of the new employees would like the company and the benifits but would quit once they found out how the company treated/billed there customers.
