The typical day on the job consists of supporting multiple Gov't contracts, assist with customer requests, generate quotes, customer service, and process purchase orders/credit card purchases. It's important to keep an accurate forecast. When supporting multiple contracts,it's key in understanding the contracts such as discount structure, terms of contract, points of contacts, etc. The most enjoyable part of the job is when I have achieved in making a customer happy. .
