I have been working at Intesols full-time since 2 years now. HR Policies are more employee-centric. Management is taking decisions which are in the best interest of the employees and for their personal development as well.
In the time of this Pandemic, Intesols team have very well held together with the team and the approach towards the employee learning and attitude towards the new opportunities.

Morning time. If you are not a morning person, then this place is not for you.
Only two saturdays are off here
Less number of PLs
Sometimes you need to work under pressure. But this is not a con. If you like challenges, then you will love this place.

I came to Intesols about 3 and half years ago from start up culture and felt right at home. It's fast paced, exciting, and there's plenty of opportunity to make an impact. I am fortunate to have a position that allows me to work cross functionality with experienced managers across the organization. From leadership down to the front line, I truly feel that people who work are here are friendly and passionate, hard working, and we look to build each other up and challenge each other to be better. And, it doesn't hurt that we have an amazing office, great benefits like saturday activities, balance club and a lot more.
I've really appreciated the strides the organization has made to train and invest in their managers, as well as provide opportunities for leaders to step up and take on projects outside of their comfort zone.

If you are good in buttering then you have a good future at Intesols

The appraisal is not given on time.
They track your personal phone calls, internet usage and everything that you do in office.
They don't have leave encashment policy.
HR policies are for the company's benefit not for employee benefit.
No matter how you perform, the only thing that matters is your relationship with HR and Boss.
Employee Retention rate is very poor.
Forcing us to do the contract for each appraisal.
No Diwali Bonus, No Performance Bonus.
Your visits to the washroom are being watched using CCTV.
Most of the employees are unpaid.

Just buying a good office is not enough, try to be a good employer also. You don't give any benefits to employees. You don't give leave encashment, you control the internet with Cyberoam, control even visits the washroom with biometric access You are a better spy than an employer.
