Want more? You won't get it. The staff at the stores are the gems of these coffeebars, and management makes you feel seen. Most stores have staff that see each other as friends if not family. Great tips and hourly pay before everything got inflated here in America. However, the big dogs at the offices have no experience being baristas or being screamed at by customers. There's a big disconnect between different rungs of the ladder. You can put years in here, and still be a barista. You can express interest in wanting to do something bigger for the company, and it will be forgotten.
