They will take you in without experience
In a world where every job wants 2-6 years prior experience, intelliteach does not. They give you a free MOS certification and give you the opportunity to grow within or simply find greener pastures with you new IT experience gained from them.
Very laid back if you get on a dedicated team
Very busy if you are on an overflow team.

good for a starter job
It’s not a place people stay long. High turnover. Would be an alright first job. Gain some experience and move on. Management is horrible and does not care about employees. There’s one in particular who is smug and talks down to those not in management. You are replaceable. No flexibility with schedule. Working environment is weird. inclusive indeed. A bunch of dirty co-workers and roaches in common area.

Not really IT work
You will be taking calls from various law firms around the nation and trying to fix their problems. It is not really IT core work. Yeah you will get a password reset here and there but you would be trying to figure out how a client can change the theme colors in Outlook, how to use the calculate the average numbers in Excel and other software issues. It felt like you were doing the work for the client rather than trying to fix an IT issue. After going through the rigorous training for four weeks I still felt that I was not prepared for the role. You really needed to sit with the software that the law firms use, get familiar with it and then apply it to someone who has trouble. Also make sure that you know the ins and outs of Windows 10.

A good stepping stone to better jobs, but don't stay here
Offers paid training and MS Office certification and the coworkers are wonderful for the most part. The problem is the lack of care taken by upper management to ensure that they are maintaining a healthy work environment. They have lost many good analysts and clients because they seem to think everyone is easily replaced (quantity over quality) as they can simply "train" new hires. However, the training offered is bare minimum and new analysts tend to feel extremely overwhelmed when they make it out onto the floor. If you want to try and move up in the company, expect a very small raise to accept a huge amount of responsibility and little support. If that weren't enough, those of us who do manage to stay for a while end up constantly sick because of the unsafe working conditions (there is a building cleaning crew, but they do the bare minimum and there is no regular pest control; they only have pest control come in when the situation with roaches and bedbugs has already gone out of hand). All in all, I would advise that anyone seeking employment here get your certs and training, stay for maybe a year for the experience and then find something better.

Asside from the way they go about training , its a good place to work. The staff are really nice and down to earth. And its definitely like a family there.

Constant overload.
This may be your first IT job, and if it is, it will feel like the sweatshop it is. No matter what shift you end up being on, there will be times where you are taking back to back calls without any sign of break. The customer comes far ahead of the employee here, and even more so considering the majority of the people you are working with are legal professionals. Not the worst place in the world to work, and the pay is decent, but be prepared to have some days of doing literally nothing and some days of non-stop, with no way to influence it yourself.
Fellow employees are nice and often willing to work with you. Pay scale is decent.
Constant stress and problem clients.

Challenging, but can be rewarding
A good experience as far as learning new technical skills go, but not something I'd recommend long-term for those wary of burning out. A combination of phone/people skills and at least some technical skills are a must.

Overtime trap
I was fired for attendance. I was doing well here until I caught the flu. Their point system racks up points for everyday you miss. You’re able to work overtime to subtract points, but I was pulling 16-18 hr days and never got out of their point trap. They’re not very understanding I’d you have to leave to pick up your child from school for illnesses either. I got excellent reviews from my clients, but it wasn’t enough for them to want to keep me around.

Good first IT job
Good first IT job. Management could improve. Coworkers are always willing to help, very team-oriented. It's best to learn as much as you can and join a dedicated team so you won't get burned out.
