Grandiose ideas with no follow through

- It's cool to say you work for a tech start up in SF
- Flexible schedule
- Little to no micromanaging
|
- Some of the projects sound cool, but rarely do they come to fruition so there's a constant sense of let down
- COO does not communicate clearly, does not foster trust
- Not a lot of faith in the company being around so people don't stay, lots of people jumping ship
- VERY low salary compared to even small tech start ups
- Benefits are expensive

Profanity during weekly meetings is not cute, necessary nor professional. No one is impressed by constant F-bombs during weekly meetings. Many are intimidated and cannot speak up because the CEO makes fun of them. The work environment is tense, and many people are constantly looking for work elsewhere.
