- The people at Interact are amazing. My fellow CSMs are really nice but everyone throughout the business is hard working, pleasant and easy to get along with.
- The product is world class. There were some bugs introduced in early 2020 but management took that on board and made some people and process changes and we've seen huge benefits from that.
- Pay is good (could always be better)
- Holidays and time off are good
- The organisation has managed to adapt to COVID really well; they care about your mental health. My line manager is easy to talk to if I do have a problem

- Sometimes it's frustrating when we aren't able to share dates for the next release
- Would like to see more all-company get togethers for happy hours etc, trying to recreate that 'down the pub' feeling that we don't get while working remotely during COVID

Since joining last year, no day has been the same. It's very fast paced, there are a lot of challenges in Engineering but everyone works so well together - lots of collaboration and at critical times I'm surrounded by teams who all pull together to reach a goal.
I've found the culture here promotes not only celebrating each other's achievements (with our rewards system), but also speaking up, reviewing what works & what doesn't and learning from mistakes. I feel appreciated and heard; our opinions matter and are taken on board when making decisions (something I've found to be quite rare in other places).
You work hard, but there is a huge amount of job satisfaction and your work is recognised and rewarded.

At critical times there can be some long working days to reach a deadline, but this is true in many places and the effort is recognised.

The people are extremely friendly and eager to help each other, and the changes to leadership have set a completely new direction which is exciting.
The company is also growing at a significant pace, with all the key financials shared with everyone in real-time for complete transparency.
The office (if we ever get back to it!) is also excellent - in a new building with great facilities and centrally located.
