There were some issues on how things were managed but over all it was ok. A lot of the work just relied on the employees without clear instruction. Working at the company did however provide experience with technology and customer service.

Failing company that is looking for cheap labor in what ever country they can find it

This company never really makes any money. The only reason it made money in 2020 was due to not having to pay rent or utilities because everyone worked from home. Interactions has laid off more people then I can even count. 100% focused on the company and not the people who make the company. This company does not care about you and will throw you aside like a bag of trash. Most of the managers shouldn't be managers but the ones they have are willing to work cheap so they get promoted. Management has been going down hill the past few years and a lot of the higher up people have moved on to other companies. Communication sucks and none of the departments talk with each other so everything is a mess 99% of the time.

Most helpful & engaged. Company had a lot of executive turnaround. Many people has been laid off. A lot of changes. No real structure due to accommodations of certain clients.

Its an ok place to work for students just going to work for the first time but its not a good place to work for older experienced people to work because with all the young teenagers they hire, the place is always loud and disruptive.

Love the people and management, slow work at times, the different clients were confusing at times. BUT OVERALL, the work and climate were great, could use longer breaks.
