-lovely colleagues
-nice office
-no contracted weekend work

-expected to complete a lot of contacts and do it right, otherwise you will fail.
-catch 22 in a lot of circumstances (expected to reply to messages when you are in available but chastised for not being in available mode)
-constantly asked to do overtime (you must tell them why *not* if you are not pledging)
-the only customer facing department, so having to relay technical information about pensions, trading, payments and so on..
-the customers are very entitled, not the most pleasant
-a lot of micro management

ii is an interesting place to work and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door into the world of trading. The customer service managers are so supportive and approachable. Plenty of opportunities to do over time and when you get time and a half and double time on Sunday’s you cannot complain! A lot of the people I started with have moved onto different departments, there are lots of opportunities. I cannot stress enough, you get out what you put in. If you work hard you will be recognised.

There can be a lot of changes in a short period of time, making it difficult to keep up to date with the changes.

- Modern and spacious offices. Centrally located and close to transport links.
- Handled working from home particularly well in my opinion. Arranged very quickly and has felt like a success.
- Real feel of togetherness and a good team atmosphere within the servicing department. I have felt supported by the people around me and my line manager.
- Fast paced but moving with a purpose. Always aiming to improve.
- An openness and ability to idea and knowledge share.
- Feels like there are plenty of progression opportunities for those at all levels.
