This company had enormous potential and great tech - 6 years ago.
|
Classic terrible execution. Founder Bobby has no spine at all and didn’t stand up to worthless replacement CEO. Churned through a bunch of sales leaders and zero deals in many many months. They should be ashamed of themselves for dragging along this long instead of taking an acquisition when there was actually money to be made.

No one asks why you didn't show up today. Pay and benefits were higher than other places because the company was so horrible it had to over compensate. Some really good people, all who have left or were fired.

Nothing but trolls and bottom-feeders left at the company. Greg is disaster. He disrupts meetings -- nothing gets done when he in involved -- and if he is late to a meeting he will unwind whatever was accomplished with his negativity and inability to comprehend the actual situation. The software is NOT usable. Total failure and our customer failure is proof. CEO is to blame. His management ruined this company. I have never experienced such bad leadership. The engineering team is being run/ruined by two people in a relationship--one needs to grow up and stop acting like a spoiled child and the other needs to realize they are not all knowing and all powerful--even if the CEO regularly tells them they are. Neither one of them will last 90 days under real management. ("I don't want to do that because it looks like too much work or isn't exciting work" wont fly anywhere else other than Interana.) Firmly established Greg's daily behavior, there is a strong culture of yelling, swearing and walking out of meetings when you don't get your way.

Work/life balance is great. CEO leaves out the back door -- hides away from employees all day -- so no management from the top. No sales or marketing team anymore -- so the office is dead. I hope being good at table-tennis will help my resume because that's about the only thing I have achieved at this company

My experience working for the CEO has been very positive. His approach is to be hands on if necessary, but hands off once he has confidence in the team. I've seen him openly acknowledge our challenges and take personal responsibility for setbacks, and he is passionate about doing the right thing for our customers.
