Last minute they relayed a different location for the team which was not near NW DC. A GM from another location came to start us off quickly and without the necessary items/sofas/decor we needed to sell their products. We worked efficiently and great as a team. Unfortunately, they pulled the bonus from us - citing we did not meet it. We asked for an explanation but none was given. Salesforce is an effective sales software platform that showed we achieved the goals, yet they denied us the bonus without explanation? Paychecks were incorrect and late - Products are lower end (college quality) and are coming from China (we were not in a trade war then) Be very careful of the extended long hours and working from home constantly if not on site. Company may be under new management but the customer does not come first - nor do the employees. Try it, but be aware of the shortcomings with the executive team and within the products themselves. I reported directly to the CEO, where we had a great rapport. I was able to create a vision, present the vision to various teams, and execute. I was able to create processes and timelines for all projects in the pipeline. The best thing about working for Interior Define was the group of people I worked with.
