Amazing culture if you like the startup family feel. Everyone is always open to new ideas and you don't have to feel afraid to speak up. Additionally, since the company has stable funding, you don't have to worry about not getting a paycheck.
RECESS: 4 hours of personal R&D time

They are located in Carlsbad so if you don't live around the area, it may be a bit of a drive.
The team is small so it seems like they would benefit from a dedicated QA.

Finding good sales people has been our biggest challenge in my opinion.
While we do a great job shipping high quality software, we do need a dedicated QA lead to help better organize and optimize our QA process.
