It was Great until Internacional Came

Was at a proerpty for 1 /12 years until they took over to manage my property on North Houston, From then on it was down hill, I was transferred to Katy, TX. And supervisor was a C.. You next Tuesday. And so was my manager. Internacional Loses all their properties b/c lack of advancement unprofessionalism & lack of leasership

District manager runs around like she owns the place.
Company is always under budget.
Employees did not have the proper tools or parts to get jobs done. Lies to the investors, and fires people without reason or cause. Falsely accusing employers to get them fired. Beware of this company.

No support system, rude office staff and if you aren’t a favorite you are fired without reason. Totally unprofessional. Steer clear of this company. They don’t care about anyone but themselves and will work you to death with no breaks until they are done with you and throw you away.

Love my Property manager

This is my first leasing job and it can be fun and also competitive. My property manager is really why I'm here, the regional though is horrible, she does not take any accountability, she doesn't hold anyone on the same standards. She is the reason I'm questioning working for this company.

The corporate employees have it made but anyone in leasing and on property grounds gets the shaft. No support, no training and thrown under the bus at the smallest hint of trouble. Management lies to property owners about property well being and uses staff onsite as scapegoats. Pay is absolutely subpar!!!

The only complaint I have, is I pray they would give us more Holidays off, or at least just have to work a half day. I've been in the Industry 16 years, this is a fantastic Company to work for!!! I would recommend anyone living at one of our Communities or working!! Outstanding!!

Full-time hours are horrible but the overall work environment is great! My manager is the best manager to have through the company. The property is a small and easy property to work as well. Over all I have no real complaints.
