Low salaries for the most motivated and passionate staff-even in divisions like IT that usually pay the highest--if you're not at the Senior Manager level or higher. And the only raises given consistently are around 2%--less than other companies for cost of living. Merit raises are unheard of. In 2020 the rate of staff turnover, especially in the DC office was hair-raising.
