Good pay (only in some departments though), beautiful office, fancy events, hip environment
|
Everything is an emergency and you're expected to be on call at all times. So many internal politics and approval silos it is almost impossible to navigate. Executives pretend there is a culture of open communication but nearly all the staff find that laughable as we hear about changes months before they're addressed, if they ever are. Huge egos and difficult personalities get ahead in the Interscope boys club and the running line is that you're sooo lucky to work there that you'd better just live with it.
