Low pay and lack career advancement. Lots of old problems with a "Kick it down the road" mentality. Dismissive leadership, ambivalent toward its people. Key executive team leaders have very limited skill with people and even remedial lack common decency that even a non manager must possess . Stunning. Deeds must match words. Leadership cannot simply say the right words and hope to create a culture that values its key resource... people. We can manage thru difficult times if we matter to you. Actions suggest that this is doubtful because no one wants to hear it. Provide a career path and articulate it to your people. Care. There needs to be advancement opportunity and give people a vision for their future, not just a vision for the companies success. A challenge of the process should not be seen or mistaken for disloyalty. Culture is down the drain and Values are still high.
