Executive Leadership is horrible, out of touch and all are of the good old boy regime. When they make a mistake, they cover it up. Too proud to admit they need to correct anything. Would rather lose good employees than correct the issues.

Increase pay, especially in Goleta.
Stop pretending industry norms (like 401k matching, 15 days PTO or bagel fridays) are "perks". It is not a perk if I can get it at any tech company in the area.

People and culture matter greatly. Deeds must match words. Leadership cannot simply say the right words and hope to create a culture that values its key resource... people. The leaders need executive coaching desperately if the company is going to survive this transition. We're losing our soul along this road and no one is watching or simply doesn't care. We can manage thru difficult times if we matter to you. Actions suggest that this is doubtful because no one wants to hear it.
Provide a career path and articulate it to your people. Care. There needs to be advancement opportunity and give people a vision for their future, not just a vision for the companies success. A challenge of the process should not be seen or mistaken for disloyalty. Culture is down the drain and Values are still high. Should not be in the same rating category.
