The management not made problem solvers, they not really take care of the leading, the most important for them to cover the shifts and nothing else. You have broken breaks, every hour a 10 min. You have to take them out, not enough to eat or smoke.

There is possibility to work from home in a range of jobs at the company, and if you pay your education yourself, there is a strong tendency that you get free time to make it through, go to the school a few days a month.
The company has very well payed positions. If you can negotiate good conditions from the beginning, that is great.
There is no obstacle for women to work or raise at the ladder.

The company fights for survival in the long and short term. The company has bought up and merged with a dozen firms. The most felt consequences were every time the reduction of the workforce.
The employees supply many overtime hours and get very little support for courses and education.
The development depends on the position you are in. Some people goes up very rapidly, other territories allow little if no possibility. All depends also on the fitting of your personality in the leader group's culture.
In general nothing changes once you are employed at Invitel. Not even inflation is followed by the salaries. Any changes in salary are unbalanced and provide much more to managers than to non-managers.
The company has a musculin and individual culture which makes it difficult to teamwork with other colleagues.

Currently the only picture employees have of the company from the management that is that the company will not survive in the short term, either.
