Restructuring/changes every quarter with no room for employee to adjust. If unlucky, your workload allocation will be worse. Headcount issue till last year but there is no visible step to address it. Those who left doesn't have replacements leaving those who stayed to share the workload left resulting to more attrition.

Projects lay by the wayside and the ones in charge don’t have the initiative to get things done and produce solutions which leaves end users frustrated.
Not rewarded for the loyalty and extra mile you take to resolve issues.
Expect major incidents to just randomly happen due to the lack of foresight and operational resilience by senior management.
