The company culture is respectful, forward-thinking, and innovative. It's rare to find companies of this size with such a strong sense of purpose and direction. Overall, I believe this starts at the top, and the CEO is a strong leader. My team is also filled with "A" players. Some days are tough because we're busy. We'll have lunch delivered on those days. But even during the difficult days, I end the day feeling that we can accomplish anything together.

IRIS can feel like a start-up, at times. It's not suitable for some personality types. It's tough when the team connects with a new hire's personality, and they're unable to keep up professionally. Change can be difficult.
