I would avoid this company at all costs

They give no clear direction and the owner is horrible to work for. You feel more like a number than a person. The people are not warm and friendly. They are robotic and rude.

Looks good but don’t be fooled
|
Not as advertised. High turnover. Poorly organized, serious lack of communication from management. No training serious training and no follow up or follow through on the little training you do get. Everyone on the service desk is overworked and underpaid. The offer on the spot cash bonuses but the only people who ever got them were salaried employees.

This company has an extremely high turnover rate. They are quick to fire staff before offering feedback. There are problems within the company and they look for the issues in all the wrong places. Backup plan definitely needed if you decide to take this on.

The employees try to make the best of it, but they work long hours and are only rewarded with food. I interviewed for a completely different job,Admin in Sales and because they see some IT experience on my resume, they offer Customer Liason and then try to add Tier 1 Service Desk.Ridiculous.A week and half in they want to “go on a different direction”with no real reason granted. Pass on this it’s a waste of time

The team here is great, but management seems to vacillate wildly.
You'll get told over and over that you are doing a great job, and then be fired.
Values are incongruent with approach to managing team expectations.
Good starter job, but have something else ready just in case.
