Employees are offered but one week vacation after working a full year; quarterly bonuses, but you had to be there a year for them as well. No incentives, only free gloves- So, personally, I felt the benefits lacked a great deal. All in all it was an okay job, and could have been much better had management (which was solely Ironclad) addressed a behavioral issue with a coworker early on. The office personnel consist of six to thirteen people, and mostly six who work in the office so behavioral issues can be devastating to the work environment, and extremely hurtful to the one targeted with animosity. I believe the issue was ignored because of the employee’s position, and their knowledge. If they had been addressed to change they likely would have become agitated and might have left entirely hence ‘all the eggs would have gone away with the basket’. I’ve worked before for a number of smaller companies, but now I’ve grown much wiser - I will not work nor do I recommend working for smaller companies or ‘Mom & Pop’s’ businesses no matter how sweet they are - if they are too small then there will be some type of behavioral issue. You can count on being at the short end depending on your skin color, education or relations with the management. They definitely had become ’Ironclad’ there, both the manager and his prodigy were for certain.
