What is the best part of working at the company?
No best part. IT ALL SUCKS. Inhumane call center work with very few breaks. They have terrible training and then hand out errors to tell you what you did wrong on your phone calls. VERY stressful.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of decent breaks, the relentless call-after-call-after-call mentality. The fact that we have to now come in one day a week when WE ALL WANT TO WORK FROM HOME.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No freedom. There is no culture because WE ARE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
STRESS FROM BEGINNING TO END. VERY LITTLE ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU NEED HELP ON A CALL. ANYONE CAN BE A LEAD OR MANAGER. YOU JUST APPLY FOR IT. SO TONS OF UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Management does not care if you are trained well, they just want someone on the phone. CSR's have no idea if the information given is accurate. All over the place is OK
