None of that happened, you walk in there and it's like a funeral. No communication between management and sales team. I would say the best thing about working there is the fact that you have an unlimited amount of product to sell and can't forget the coffee is pretty good to. To make commission here you really have to scratch and claw and even then the checks aren't that big.
