Coworkers are supportive, the product is fun and the perks are decent. Great learning experience.

Work life balance is preached, but ultimately frowned upon. They promote from within, but only from within the inner circle. Inclusion is important, but only if you’re part of their clique. Management and HR support an open door policy, but only if you’re assuring them everything they’re doing is perfect. The incredible culture amounts to lip service and boils down to something almost cult like.

Iterable is a rare company that actually lives its values of trust, humility, growth mindset and balance. Everyone that works here is talented and very capable, but also very friendly and approachable. There is a very tangible sense of positivity about the company, it’s mission and the product which makes working here very exciting and uplifting. Management style is also a big plus- managers lead by example and have great relationships with their teams. There is also a strong sense of diversity and inclusion and the company is making real efforts to put this at the top of the priority list with hiring policies. Great company!

None that I can see so far- the challenge will be to maintain the awesome culture as the business scales but I am confident the exec team will be able to pull this off
