It's also a very flexible work environment that has has been remote-first for a very long time. So long as you get your work done and do a great job, nobody is inspecting whether you're "at your desk" or available in chat or whatever.

As the company has growth, it seems like a lot of decision making has remained consolidated at the higher levels of the org chart. This is something ITX is actively working on, however, with one of our core goals for 2023 being to empower decision making as low as possible in the organization. Part of this effort involves distributing accurate data broadly, so those decisions can be made quickly and effectively as close as possible to the work being performed.
