Company is currently growing very quickly, which is both a pro and a con. In many ways, you are challenged to and feel a part of establishing what the future of the company looks like. You're surrounded by A-Players who all help drive growth and continously keep innovating on new ways and approaches to solving challenging problems. There can also be a lot of confusion and gray area when a company is growing so rapidly in such a short period of time. If the role is new, it takes a long time to really understand how your role fits into the company's existing structure, as well as their overall mission & goals. If the role is existing, it is all too common for those employees to take on more on more responsibility, but struggle with letting go of tasks their role may have outgrown.
