I really loved iZettle when I joined some years ago, culture was excellent, people was highly motivated and there was a great atmosphere.
Pace of development was quite thrilling and fast, and you could affect company goals.
Great/Competent colleagues which just wanted to create a nice product.
*All this was before PayPal's acquisition
|
Bad communication from leadership to employees, creating frustration and setting wrong expectations on the future of the company.
Integrations with PayPal affected work environment and generated discussions.
Salary is not competitive and the perks PayPal offer are not up to the market for Stockholm.
No talent retention strategies.
