Treats employees poorly. Bad pay. Office workers must clock-in-out. Horrible benefits. Bad management.

A few nice people at JD Lincoln. Close to home.
|
Company has management who are 'friends of the family'. They lack drive, treat their employees poorly, pick and choose who will be salary, do not pay standard wages, have an HR manager who trolls the halls and factory looking for issues to report, do not respect their workers.
No Sick Time! Low Wages! Fire those that hurt themselves!

Get rid of the Lincoln family. Make management reapply for their jobs and let the employees decide on who to rehire. Fire the HR Manager and get someone who is competent.
