Supervisors and coworkers are cool to get along with and you get free pizza and paid lunches as well as birthday celebrations.
Paid PTO and vacation time (if they don't take it away from you).
Health insurance and other benefits (although it's about half of your paycheck).
Works with college or school schedule.
Laid back environment with a lot of down time to play videogames or whatever else.

No one has their crap together here. The HR department is almost nonexistent. The COO and CEO only care about filling their pockets, but don't want to give any raises past $8/hr.
Promised raises after 6 months that take years for them to complete only to get about 8 cents on top of your base pay.
The COO is very rude and I've seen him make people cry.
HR and upper management won't hesitate to throw you under the bus.
Most of the products being sold to customers have about a more than 50% fail rate.
The building you work in is absolutely filthy and you'll be constantly sneezing or getting sick from other people.
Always changing business policies that only suits their needs while hurting the employees.

Stop being so greedy and give fair pay for fair work. Stop trying to put extra work loads on people and not give additional pay. Treat your employees respectfully instead of demeaning and yelling at them.

The pay is decent.
The boss tries to make sure that employees are taken care of, just not always financially.
The business is growing so there is room for upward growth within the company
The company is laid back and works with your schedule
The company is multi-cultural but a large emphasis on East Asian food since it is a Taiwanese company

There is not always a clear ladder/chain of command when it comes to management so it's hard to know who your manager is
Managers are not always aware of employee contract
There is no specific way raises are done
