Salary 20/hr for a 6 month assignment till aep is over

20 dollar commission for Medicare Advantage applications that would one would get 600+ per app for new to Medicare and 300+ for plan changes. Even working as independent agent you’ll make more than these guys would offer for salary. They really think agents are not smart and have the audacity to offer such a bad deal to prospective agents.

Respect your agents more and don’t take advantage of ignorance and offer 3 to 6 percent of what an agent is supposed to really get. Working directly for an hmo, you get paid more than 20 an hour on salary with benefits and get full commission. No good your deal!
