No Pros to say all cons. There is no advantage for someone to join and work for this company. Unethical people.

Management is too poor to handle things, they keep changing rules and regulations very often which irritates the employee. No peace of mind. Not so much interesting works. One would rarely get to interact with the CEO maybe once in a year or completely not. CTO leads the company which he fails as a leader. They should really work on the management part. No development has been done so far till now after I had left the company. I had to let it go on bad notes because of Management.

Nothing to write. Met two or three good people and in fact they are also leaving.

Jana Care is the opposite to what the names states. It has a horrible product which breaks half the time and plays with patients life. Extremely bad work culture and the most of all an arrogant, egoistic boss. The management has no sense in running a company. CEO treats employees like slaves. You will never be recognized for your work or time. Apart from interns I don't think there is anyone who would say good about this company. The attrition rate is so high that even CXO people have left. CEO uses "f" Words on everyone. CEO and CTO between themselves refers each other by using "f" Words. It's that bad. I urge no one to join here.
