Great place!!!! No issues wish I could have stayed with this company. I was on one of one of the more newer projects that the company offered to assist customers. The company went to more of a brick and mortar style.

As it's a small company you learn quite a lot because you end up having to practically to do everything yourself , making you self sustainable but also running the risk of exhaustion. Its an amazing place to work, the people are all A team players and everyone helps each other out.

Jawbone's employees were very smart and very motivated, but were disadvantaged by executive decisions that ultimately bankrupt the company. I learned a lot in my time at Jawbone, more what not to do, rather than what to do.

I'd go back

Jawbone definitely had a good amount of frustrating points organizationally, but I'd go back again if the role was right. They hired some really solid talent and always placed a high emphasis on quality of work. The environment promoted strong relationships between managers and their teams, even if the executive leadership fell short in delivering clear direction and aligning across their individual orgs. The PMO structure especially developed nicely over time and saw the company through significant moments of cross-functional coordination. The workforce had a wide range of tenure, experience and expertise. It made for a collaborative, challenging, fast-paced, educational environment. It's a shame the leadership couldn't deliver on the strategy and execution to win the market, but I'll definitely watch where they go next.

A Poorly Run "18 Year Start-Up"

The company's montra per the CEO is "We Fail Well". He runs the company like it has a never ending flow of investors waiting to hand Jawbone millions of dollars to throw away. Jawbone has had amazing ideas in the past but the executive management team spent so much time celebrating the win that they failed to produce next generation follow-up products in a timely manner. Too bad, just a poorly run visionary company that is destined to one day go bankrupt.
