It's an amazing company. The team is one large family. Always supportive and communicative. The management team invests in ensuring quality of work, with the latest tools and software. The clients are very supportive too- and stay for years, which is unheard of in the PR agency world. It's a testament to the quality of work and care each team member provides. There's also a lot of growth opportunity within the company-- many of us have been there 8+ years. It's truly the best place I've ever worked.

Sub-par pay. Zero benefits. No 401k, no medical, no dental, no vision, no short term disability, no long term disability. Every resource at JSA is considered an independent contractor, therefore the firm doesn't offer benefits to anyone. Not one person at the firm is legally considered an "Employee"
